the mig-21 is by far the most influential / well known aircraft in the world and it will most likely keep that title for a while due to how reliable and cheap it is. the mig-21 is a vehicle which can only get better, it can act as a fighter bomber or interceptor if you really need it to but its not the best at being one as it doesn't have a vary fast top speed. it can be equipped with nearly any type of ordnance you can think of form bombs to rockets to evan a low yield nuclear bombs and the most modern versions of the mig 21 are quite competent for a aircraft cheaper than most aircraft on the battlefield. In conclusion its a vary competent multi role fighter jet and we will probably see this aircraft again and again.

next we are talking about the one the only mig-29 by far the modern russian federation's most reliable and deadly fighter jet they have and can actually make. the mig-29 is one of the last soviet/russian federation jet that countries will still field because its fast and is deadly if given to a good pilot. the mig-29 is basically a bigger, scarier version of the mig-21. evan though the mig-29 is fast it isn't nearly as intimidating as it was in the past but most modern western jet fighters are just better than it now thanks to superior missiles and batter radar. the main problem with the mig-29 now is that its radar cross section is rather big so modern missiles can easily lock on and take them down.
